Her newest stallion, the pure Polish, solid black Corinthian DV, completed the Silver State 55-mile-ride on his first endurance attempt. He is now in reining training with Pete and Maryanne Spates.

Blayne takes great pride in matching people with horses. It all begins the day each foal is born, with the goal of having them grow up to be happy, willing, trusting partners. Most of the foals have homes even before they’re conceived! And it’s no wonder—the RHA broodmare band is full of quality. For example, Houston’s Prize is a Thoroughbred granddaughter of Northern Dancer and Seattle Slew. She produced RHA Ambersun’s Raynne, the top scoring junior sport horse at Scottsdale this year.

Nadine Phillips has spent a lifetime in the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of Arabian breeding, racing and sport. From childhood she pursued the basics of horsemanship at local horse stables. A rescued pony taught her how to rehabilitate and nurture as she learned the details of restoring health and soundness. Her first horse was a mistreated Arabian who taught Nadine immeasurable lessons of trust, patience and dedication.

Over the past 35 years, Nadine has embraced - and excelled in - all facets of the equine industry, from breeding and showing to racing and endurance. Now she is making her mark again - this time in the sizzling hot Arabian sport-horse world.
